The machine is a sturdy machine having a Rotary indexing table and six stations for various operations. The cups to be filled are stacked in the first station and are picked and placed on to the Rotary table for further operation. The second station employs a combination of volumetric piston cylinder and a rotary spool valve for the purpose of filling the product, which is from a 25 liter built-in Hopper. The product feeding to the hopper and level control of the product level in the hopper to be arranged by the customer or can be supplied at extra cost. The third station houses pre-cut aluminum lids in a magazine and the lids are dispensed (placed on the cups) one at a time in a synchronous fashion. The fourth station has an electrically heated punch, which seals the lid on to the cup. Special designs allow very long life of the heater. The fifth station has an optional contact rubber stereo printing unit {at extra cost} with typical printing area of 25x 25 mm. This is useful in printing data [date, batch code etc. ] on top of the sealed cup. The sixth station duly ejects the finished cups onto a turntable or chute.
